• Managing Program Office for Credit Derivatives Technology including a team of project managers and business analysts in New York, London and Singapore offices to deliver diversified portfolio of projects.• Managing a program to plan and deliver support of the multi-jurisdictional regulatory reforms for the firm. Working with cross-asset business, technology and legal teams along with external vendors to review changes and impacts from the legislation, analyze options and plan projects to address the regulations with strategic solutions. Projects include swap data repository (SDR) reporting, business conduct standards, mandatory clearing and swap execution facility (SEF) integration.

• Created global project office structure and processes to coordinate and manage strategic and tactical cash and derivative projects for the Fixed Income Sales, Trading and Middle Office business and technology areas.• Outlined strategic vision for cross-product (bonds, credit and interest rate derivatives) trade management platform for the Global Sales force including the integration of the platform with the firms Etrading initiatives. • Established structure and control on project to manage on-boarding of clients to trade cash, derivative and FX products electronically. Assessed current state of the business process, stakeholders and business needs to propose and implement the strategic roadmap to integrate the process with a new, consolidated Sales portal. • Coordinated with key trading vendors (Markit, Tzero, Bloomberg, Omgeo/Oasys) to discover and implement the most effective solutions for our business processes and requirements.

• Managed 18 employees in support of the Fixed Income Credit, Rates, Retail and Muni business areas. Responsible for hiring and regular reviews of staff to maintain adequate support standards and coverage. Conducted regular meetings with staff to communicate objectives, review issues and to provide an open forum to promote team communications. • Contributed to monthly Senior Management stability reports, providing trend analysis and driving continuous service quality improvements.• Implemented Etrading support structure in Asia Pac, working with regional business and support managers to outline service level agreements and problem management protocols for the teams.• Lead cross-team projects and initiatives, including the creation and implementation of our business activity monitoring strategy, metrics reporting pack and problem management protocols.• Outlined change management protocols for all North America FI application and infrastructure owners, coordinating with EMEA, Japan and ASPAC for all global impact changes. • Managed the FI security administration team. Proposed long term security administration strategy and completed the aggressive migration of all ISA functions to an offshore team to increase efficiencies and reduce costs for the organization.
