• EBS Implementation Projects:-Module lead for end-to-end implementations in Ecuador, UK, Ireland, Australia, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark-Gather end user requirements and perform gap analysis-Identify RICE(Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions) objects for areas where standard Oracle functionality is not sufficient to meet legal requirements and/or critical business processes-Create DS.030 module configuration documents-Create AN.100 functional specification documents for RICE objects-Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT, and end-user training sessions for AP Module, sometimes in Spanish language-Prepare legacy data conversion strategy-Gather data from legacy ERP system, clean and organize it for conversion to Oracle-Travel globally to support projects• Production support of Oracle Financial modules(in order of expertise: AP, CE, AR, GL, FA)-Timely closure of helpdesk incidents-Diagnosis and resolution of production issues-Create Service Requests with Oracle and follow up until incident is resolved-Maintain configuration documents and track setup changes• Support Latin America, US, Canada, EMEA, and Asia EBS instances-Provided EBS support in Spanish language on a daily basis-Travel during/after implementations to bring local IT teams up to speed on SW support processes• Enhancements-Act as liason between end-users and technical team in gathering and defining requirements-Prepare functional specification documentation-Assist in testing enhancements-Conduct Knowledge Transfer to rest of support team once enhancement goes live
