Christopher Marsala is an attorney who focuses his practice on Real Property and Estate and Trust law. Mr. Marsala has met the rigorous standard to attain Board Certification by the Florida Bar as a Specialist in Real Estate Law in 2007. Mr. Marsala has been practicing full time in Florida for twenty years. Prior to relocation to Florida in 2001, Mr. Marsala practiced in New York and New Jersey for almost 10 years. Mr. Marsala has extensive experience in commercial and residential closings, commercial leasing and handles all aspects of real property including eminent domain actions, foreclosures as wells estate planning and probate matters.Mr. Marsala is a graduate of Indiana University, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and was a member of the Varsity Track and Field Team. Mr. Marsala currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Gulf Coast University Eagles Club where, among other duties, he works directly with the athletic director and staff to raise funds to support FGCU’s student athletes and the athletic program. Mr. Marsala also serves on the advisory counsel for the Florida Gulf Coast University Planned Giving Advisory Council.
