    Following Hurricanes Irma and Maria I joined Regis Bourdon a local BVI restaurateur, to create Adopt A Roof BVI. Within a few weeks we built a team, created an infrastructure, achieved our NPO certificate, opened a bank account, began rebuilding roofs for vulnerable people and secured donations into six figures. As of October 2019 AAR exceeded $400,000 in donations.

In the past year or so, after successfully opening a new Sage network school (Forge International) and demonstrating a faultless approach to the challenges of Covid, Sage capped the year with a successful bond issue for the refinancing of the Sage campus. Knowing the future was secure, I decided to step down after 7+ years on the Board to help bring in new Board members to continue the Sage story. Way to go Sage.
