• Support the Champion in enabling the Plant Manager and Delivery Office Managers from the sector to achieving World Class performance levels through the correct application of tools and techniques achieving real results.
• Work with management team, pillar leads & front line staff to understand the problems and why they are occurring.

• Reporting directly to the delivery office manager, working as part of a management team to ensure Newtownard's delivery office meets and exceeds the audit specification (Safety, Quality, Fleet, and Employee) and.
• Implemented daily Royal Mail standards, actively promoting health and safety policies and procedures.
• Ensuring all items are delivered to specification, achieving office clearance and maintaining the USO.

Bangor Co. Down

• Responsible for all operating stores, driving sales and maximising profits.
• Solely responsible for sale of new franchises and re-brands of existing stores.
• Solely responsible for all training within the company including new franchisees and their staff and employing new strategies and procedures in existing stores.
