Projects:• Implemented new accreditation platform “MyPass” at BHP, defining and executing onboarding strategy encompassing all vendors of Spence asset, whilst co-ordinating with global and local teams of programme. • Achieved high level of engagement rate of over 95% of vendors.• Accomplished high-performance operations at support desk for “Control Access system” at BHP by creating definition and improvement roadmap whilst serving as project manager. • Spearheaded reorganisation of team, management of support model, and optimisation of key performance indicators.

It is worth mentioning that I progressed from analyst to project manager and executed more than 15 successful projects from initiation to completion with time, scope, and budget, including five big and complex projects, critical and key for strategy of companies.
