I traveled around the US and the Caribbean, renovated my home, developed my figure-drawing artistic skills, learned how to sail, got good at cooking, took up bouldering and rock climbing again, did two years of intense depth psychotherapy, developed new, authentic relationships, and ended those that were unhealthy, and rediscovered my love of running and physical exercise. I am in the best mental, emotional, and physical shape of my life and I am thankful and happy for these lessons life has taught me.
