I formulated pricing structure focusing on scope of work, communication for contractual agreements, and guides for multiple branches and departments to streamline workflow process. I have directed weekly sales calls to discuss representatives’ aspirations and advancements along with progress and difficulties to enhance competence in the field. I also directed Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia offices by initiating sales momentum followed by building respective teams.
