Apac Geo Quality Head - Quality (Asia Pacific)
For APAC, I was managing the following and maintaining the KPI’s associated to it. Document Control, ACIR usage, coordinating CSAT Surveys conducted by Global, coordinating Quality Audits in APAC Countries, manage activities around ISO Certifications, coordinate completion of Quality Trainings like AIMS etc., manage the QMiAs in APAC, monitoring the Complaints and Congrats and conduction the bi-annual Management Reviews.
