For APAC, I was managing the following and maintaining the KPI’s associated to it. Document Control, ACIR usage, coordinating CSAT Surveys conducted by Global, coordinating Quality Audits in APAC Countries, manage activities around ISO Certifications, coordinate completion of Quality Trainings like AIMS etc., manage the QMiAs in APAC, monitoring the Complaints and Congrats and conduction the bi-annual Management Reviews.

For Malaysia besides managing Country Security and Safety, I was also the Quality SPOC, Coordinating Quality Audits, planning and executing BCP activities and was the LEAN SPOC for MY whereby I was coordinating the LEAN activities from end to end.

Was involved in Lean Projects on SMC Teams, Service Desk Teams, Network/Security Teams in Birmingham, Livingston, Glasgow, Stockholm, Madrid and the Philippines.
