I am currently employed as 2nd Shift Manager at Madison Precision Products, a Tier 1 supplier to Honda of America. We specialize in Aluminum Die Casting and Precision Machining. Prior to attending Ivy Tech Community College and Indiana University East, I worked for Arvin Sango Inc, a Tier 1 Toyota Motor Company supplier, for seven years. I worked with progressive, transfer and manual presses in the stamping department. I also spent time working in exhaust assembly, pipe bending, along with welding door impact beams and instrument panels. While pursuing my bachelor's degree at Ivy Tech Community College and Indiana University East, I worked as a manager in the food and beverage industry along with retail management. I feel that these jobs, along with my manufacturing background helped me fine tune my people skills, team work skills and communication skills. I love public speaking. I enjoy group work. Most importantly I love the feeling of satisfaction that comes along with making a positive impact upon my work place and the people I work with.
