Over the course of several months per transaction, maintain coordination of work flow between multiple entities to complete a closing package. Negotiate partnership agreements.

Assist senior underwriters in preparing HUD loan submittal packages. Evaluate any risks that may be present in a transaction prior to submittal to HUD. File and review due diligence documentation, assist with the preparation of a loan approval package, order and review third party reports for accuracy, update issues memos, track funds allocated to third parties, and coordinate conference calls.
