Since graduating college I have pursued a wide array of employment centered around my interest in technology. This has led me on a path to learning and honing skills that encompass many facets of customer service, hardware and software know how, and problem solving individually and as part of a team in both a hands on and remote role. My employment history, I believe, highlights my ability to jump into new roles, take on technical challenges, and rapidly move from a novice to a dependable and knowledgeable member of an organization.My work experience as well as hobbies have led me to the world of computers and networking. At my previous position I quickly gained a large amount of knowledge in voice and data technologies. In a short period I moved from a level one tech handling cable and DSL circuits for all types of corporate customers from small to large across the nation.
