I am a certified professional with 20+ years of experience in software development and project management using various agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP) and waterfall - primarily with start-ups or fast-growing organizations. As a Scrum Master I have helped align global teams to internal and external project and software delivery goals. While doing so I strive to improve the job satisfaction of developers through the Scrum framework along with a properly configured Jira environment - because developers hate bad Jira (and let's not forget Azure DevOps).
