Chris is a Director in PwC's Deals Practice, focusing on Valuation and Fixed Asset Solutions. He has over 11 years of experience assisting clients with tangible asset valuations related to mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax planning, bankruptcy reorganizations, and litigation support. Chris has assisted clients with a wide variety of financial reporting valuations related to business combinations (ASC 805), goodwill impairment (ASC 350), and long-lived impairments testing (ASC 360). Chris has performed tax valuations related to internal restructurings, REIT testing, FIRPTA testing, and reorganizations. He has assisted clients with componentization and book life studies to better track and account for their fixed assets. He has worked closely with accounting, tax, advisory, and deals professionals and leverages his international network on a regular basis.
