Engineer, Designer, Pilot founded YASAVA Aeronautics in 1988 in a little wooden farm house in the heart of the Swiss Alps, not far from where the Swiss Confederation was founded in 1291. He flew jet transport aircraft as an airline pilot for some years, while developing ground-breaking business models and aviation programs in support of the Petro-Gas industry in West Africa. As the aviation advisor to the MTN Telecom Group of South Africa, he developed aviation programs to enable MTN's expansion into new markets. In 1999 he brought Bombardier Aerospace to Nigeria... and within 10 years took their market share from 0% to over 70%, now representing the single most important market in Africa. The driving idea is that by improving the business and hence time efficiency of those in Africa driving the economies forward, the benefits will eventually be felt by all.
