Reporting to Senior Facilities Manager, managing multiple sites on behalf of the head landlord predominantly within the Merseyside area. I managed a mixture of Retail, Industrial & Business premises within my portfolio. Three sites were serviced offices with multiple tenants as well as a large retail park, distribution centre, industrial units and smaller retails parks. I was the primary point of contact to resolve all issues arising outside of the tenant’s demise, whilst also advising tenants where appropriate. Due to a restructure within the Business my role was made redundant.

Initially engaged as Office Manager for a small (start-up) computer game developer in Frodsham, I adopted a hands-on approach with a wide range of responsibilities, Health & Safety standards were a priority.The business expanded; moved to Runcorn and opened an office in Leamington Spa. I managed the expansion and hired an assistant to help with the increased workload.The business was acquired by Sony in 2007, there were many challenges, integrating the infrastructure of two very different corporate entities. Main responsibilities are:• Building management• Conducting Risk Assessments• Managing external cleaning & security staff (and contract management)• Supervision of facilities assistant• Environmental Audits• Worked closely with the management and finance team to ensure corporate objectives were achieved to budget• Involved in planning and implementing team social events.Responsible for the management of all contractors. Including issue of permit to work, review of RAMS, AML & NDA ComplianceLeamington Studio was closed in 2012 and Runcorn Studio was closed in March 2017. I managed the closure and worked closely with the legal team negotiated the dilapidations position for both studios.I currently work directly for Sony in the at Wavertree Science park.

Duties included managing security and health & safety, monitoring stock levels, ordering, packing and shipping.
