My passion for music stems from my childhood. I’m the son of a pastor and played around on the drums and keyboard so much that music has become a part of who I am. My purpose in life is to help other see the light in themselves and to spread a positive message through my artistry. As a keyboardist, I’ve witnessed firsthand how music brings out the best in people. I’ve witnessed the effect entertainment has on others throughout my time in college as well, directing various music festivals and choirs. I bring a unique perspective to the events I curate and the projects I lead.I attribute much of my success to my strong knowledge of music, both historical and contemporary. I understand what it takes to compose music and bring others together to deliver dynamic performances. Directing live performances allowed me to perfect my organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. My greatest skill, however, lies in my ability to learn new skills fast. It allows me to overcome challenges, and it also allows me to take advantage of new opportunities. One of my greatest accomplishments was leading Michigan’s Gospel Chorale which was considered one of the best in the nation. However, it pales in comparison to earning my bachelor’s degree. It took me longer than expected to complete, but with self-determination, resourcefulness, and hard-work, I take pride in having finished what I started.Currently, I am an assistant director for a home healthcare company. While I happy to be employed during a global pandemic, I am actively seeking opportunities to join a record label or entertainment company as a talent buyer. Eventually, I plan to produce large scale events for mainstream artists and this role would be a logical step in the progression of my career in the music industry.I look forward to connecting with likeminded individuals, so, if my profile speaks to you, feel free to reach out.
