• Interfaced with external contractors and United States Air Force users on the implementation and ongoing support of the Knowledge Management Framework (KMF), a Semantic based Service Oriented Architecture.
• Worked closely with USAF customer on the design and user adoption of the processes and procedures for the development and ongoing maintenance of the 45th Space Wing Ontology and KMF.
• Successfully managed the 45th Space Wing wide roll out of WebEOC, an emergency management software application for the 45th Space Wing. This project included all organizations (32 separate squadrons) at the 45th Space.
• Designed, developed and delivered Personnel Accountability leveraging VBA (Excel Macros), ASP.net, C# and SQL Server 2005 to the Air Force customer. Revolutionizing the way in which the 45th Space Wing accounts for.

• Responsibilities included designing and programming all assigned enhancements, lead small development teams of 3 to 5 members on larger enhancements and acted as the primary customer support programmer to Thomson Open.
• Lead multiple enhancements to Open Trader, while working closely with third party vendors and Thomson customers.
• Worked closely with the Thomson’s professional services team to develop multiple custom programs using Visual Basic that interfaced with both, Portia and Open Trader, and satisfied specific customer needs.

• Responsible for working with internal and external clients to elicit and document functional requirements and coordinate technical staff, ensuring that assigned projects were completed on time and satisfied customer.
• Coordinated all testing and migration activities surrounding the upgrading of non-Y2K compliant applications to Y2K compliant applications by September of 1999, two months ahead of schedule.
• Developed and implemented the first configuration management process that was adopted by all (30+) members of the development staff.
