• Managed a team of five technical consultants in charge of a large data integration project for the 45th Space Wing and NASA• Interfaced with external contractors and United States Air Force users on the implementation and ongoing support of the Knowledge Management Framework (KMF), a Semantic based Service Oriented Architecture.• Worked closely with USAF customer on the design and user adoption of the processes and procedures for the development and ongoing maintenance of the 45th Space Wing Ontology and KMF. • Successfully managed the 45th Space Wing wide roll out of WebEOC, an emergency management software application for the 45th Space Wing. This project included all organizations (32 separate squadrons) at the 45th Space Wing and was completed one month prior to the beginning of the 2006 hurricane season, three months ahead of schedule.• Designed, developed and delivered Personnel Accountability leveraging VBA (Excel Macros), ASP.net, C# and SQL Server 2005 to the Air Force customer. Revolutionizing the way in which the 45th Space Wing accounts for personnel during natural disasters.• Designed, developed and implemented a corporate financial data warehouse using Microsoft Excel, SQL Server, ASP.net, C # and SQL Reporting Services.• Designed and developed the Hurricane Decision Support application in MS Excel and VBA to assist NASA management in making critical decisions during hurricane preparations.
