He stayed after 5pm if we wasn't finished what he was working on. As I've told many people, there are certain people you know who won't even try to get to work on a heavy snow day. Chris was the first person I'd call on the really bad days to make sure he didn't get on the road; not because he makes bad decisions, but because he's that dedicated to his job. There aren't many "millenials" like that from what I've seen. Chris is a genuine person with a desire and ability to succeed, and would be an asset to any organization. We have agonized over trying to keep him vs. encouraging to do what's best for his career. In the end, my accounting manager and I decided that, in Chris's best interest, broadening his experiences in a public accounting environment would be much better for his career long-term.
