I am thrilled to be working with so many talented people at The 1:1 Diet, Whether it be with my colleagues in Corby, UK or with the thousands of Independent Consultants across the world, every day brings something new, different, challenging and fun. I have been with the company since 2003, but still feel I have so much to learn and experience, and relish the opportunity to carry on doing lots more of both.I am also the Chair of the UK's Employee Ownership Association and I'm very passionate about how employee ownership can positively change the world of work forever! Initially I was a sceptic, but 14 years on, I have been through a whole range of employee owned related challenges and successes including taking over from a founder as CEO in 2015 and the company being crowned The EOA's Employee Owned Business of the Year in 2019.Born in the UK but I spent my teens in South Africa, which gave me invaluable insight into what it means to belong and also to be an outsider. Now living in the very lovely shires of Eastern England.
