At EdenRoc Sciences, I provide finance, accounting, and tax services to the Parent and our portfolio of Life Science companies that are at various stages of the the start-up process. I am also actively involved in capital raises including pre and post close investor relations/management. I oversee a team of finance individuals who are responsible for month, quarter and year-end closes as well as other day-to-day transcational accounting. This role includes implementing strategic operational initiatives (e.g. collaborating with commercial and operations to expedite AR collections and finding potential cost savings across all entities).I assist with maintaining entity cap tables along with educating current and potential investors on the economics of various unit types that are based on complex operating agreement waterfalls. My career before joining EdenRoc Sciences was in public accounting where I specialized in advanced partnership taxation as well as merger and acquisitions.
