I am of the belief that all things worth obtaining require sacrifice, hard work, and dedication. A plan is developed, best effort is given, and either your successful or you learn from your failure. Couple this mindset with a positive attitude and a strong desire for understanding and walla, that’s me in a nutshell. If you were to ask the vast majority of people that know me they would say that I am a very loyal and hard-working leader that greatly enjoys helping people to grow and succeed. I’m also a little bit of a sucker for some good old, controlled chaos.I have long professional history of being an agent of change through participation in acquisition integrations, operations relocations, in sourcing and outsourcing efforts, along with ongoing continuous improvement activities. I find these activities to be challenging because each one is its own set of circumstances that require resourceful and creative thinking.
