As the Mentor Coordinator I was responsible for training, monitoring, and pairing mentors with those veteran offenders in the Marion County Court system. By doing this we hope to lead our military veterans to a happier, healthier, and more productive lifestyle. As a veteran myself it was an honor to have the opportunity to help my brothers and sisters in arms.

In the highly competitive world of motorsports, Panther Racing has a long history of success in IRL including two championships that came back-to-back in 2003 and 2004. As the pit crew trainer I was responsible for developing and implementing a physical, mental, and work-load management training program. These program enabled our team to become more proficient in our live race pit stops and compete in the 2012 Pit Stop Competition at the Indianapolis 500. Our crew was regarded by many as one that could compete and hold their own with any other in the sport. Aside from training the pit crew I also earned a spot changing tires on the #4 car. I was responsible for changing the inside rear tire of the car and carried the versatility of performing the duties of any spot in the crew.
