I walk my clients through the estate planning process from start to finish, ensuring they understand how their wealth will transfer, debts are paid and answer any other questions they may have. This is understandably another emotional time in life and the last thing a surviving spouse, children or even a friend may want to do is file documents with the court, collect assets, pay debts and handle all other responsibilities associated with probating an estate. I provide that degree of separation for my clients, allowing them time to grieve and heal.
