Market Research Interns were also responsible for contacting customers via phone and conduct surveys. Used TIBCO Spotfire Analytics tool and SQl to come up with regression analysis on sales data and utilizing visualizations to bring insight into product/product add-on performance with respect to demand in the market place. The software was also used to analyze win/loss data based on call reports from the Account Managers. Telematics and transportation industry knowledge must be learned in preparation for this internship. The intern must also be capable of conducting quantitive and qualitative analysis.
