Locate and research prospective undeveloped projects. I was in charge of the acquisition research, project and property analysis, and comparable price research. Once a project was acquired, I was in charge of the community startup.

Analyzed financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies for meeting clients’ financial objectives. Reviewed clients’ accounts and results regularly to determine whether life changes, economic developments or financial performance indicated a need for plan revision. Interpreted data on price, yield, stability, future investment-risk trends, economic influences and other factors affecting investment programs.

Assisted a consistent portfolio of over 300 defaulting clients with avoiding involuntary foreclosures by approving and closing Deed in Lieu agreements, or other mortgage settlements. Assisted clients with clearing titles, negotiating payoff agreements with outside second mortgage holders and municipal lien holders. Trained new hires through side-by-sides, one-on-one and group trainings, including 10 outsourced employees.

Initiate and grow customer relations through different marketing efforts for The Home Depot and others. Responsible for conducting interviews, training, coaching and developing new hires. Achieved multiple regional and national awards for the largest increases in client portfolios, and also for maintaining the most clients.
