Hello! I'm Christopher McIntire. I'm an eager individual with many years in the Call Center industry ranging from tech support all the way to luxury Call Centers. I'm originally from Southern California, but I moved to Las Vegas to gain all of my knowledge within this field. I have worked for many high profile companies such as Instacart, Barclays, and Playstation where I have utilized my skills by learning many different CRM tools such as Zendesk, Atlas, and Salesforce. Within those roles I have been promoted to numerous roles such as SME, Social Media Agent, Account Manager, and Tier 3 Specialized Customer Support (Management Role). Having worked in this industry for almost a full decade, I've gained many skills that have helped me progress to my next role within the industry, and I believe to be a fantastic candidate in any role within the Call Center industry. I was regularly in charge of a small team, and it is common for me that others look to me for guidance and understanding on topics as I have shown time and again that I adapt very quickly to change, and can apply knowledge easier than most.I eventually moved to Reno, Nevada to be closer with nature, experience new things such as going on hiking trails, seeing animals in their natural habitat such as Horses, Swans, Ducks, Fish, and other beautiful forms of wild life. It's amazing to be in this wonderful city because people have shown me here more than anyone else that they really care about this great small city. I enjoy socializing with people and also meeting regularly at employer events like how I would go to company meetings to meet the amazing people in my company and learn more about that. One meeting I got to meet a local celebrity at Top Golf in Las Vegas. With the latest meeting coming from Instacart Corporate, I know how important meeting face to face can be. We all shared in the memories, had great food, and most importantly improved moral.In every role I've held, I found it very important to communicate with everyone, and to get along. It helps builds rapport with your team members, and the goal should be FCR, and I make it my mission to let everyone know that I have an open door policy to information, and will often go out of my way to make sure that they have the information that they need as if I was taking the call. I've worked from the lowest level positions to some of the highest in my field, and when given the opportunity, I will excel passed expectations.
