I am a problem solver. I learn what needs to be learned for a specific problem and I am able to implement that responsibly . Most of the time I put myself right at the heart of problem,if able, because I am confident in my abilities to be able to look at it and dissect it and figure out all the steps required to figuring it out. I have done this consistently throughout my fast food days with figuring out ways to maintain quality and still keep it fast food. To working as a Warehouse worker looking for the most efficient way to stack BBQ pits and appliances. And in IT, where problems and puzzles are everywhere. I have been able to head up test programs for Best Buy/Geek Squad and create training materials for other workers to be able to implement. I created a more efficient deployment system for the City of Odessa in order to accommodate the ~150 computers that are deployed every year. I have expanded the software library that we are able to deploy remotely to an, almost, entirely automated stance. In the end, I really try to make my coworker's and I jobs much easier. For fun, I learn technical things that I feel will become useful. I recently got my Security+ certification to firm up some security viewpoints and started learning more about orchestration and automation as it's pretty fun actually.
