As a newly licensed Registered Nurse, I am passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and contributing to the well-being of those in need. I recently graduated with my BSN from Linfield University, and I am excited to begin my career in nursing.Throughout my clinical rotations, I had the opportunity to develop a broad range of nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, and infection control. I have become proficient in using electronic health record systems such as Epic and am committed to ensuring accurate, timely documentation for the best patient outcomes.I thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in my ability to remain calm under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
