As a Bar Attendant it was my responsibility to tend to the customers needs and provided a high quality of service by serving products that suited each individual’s needs. Therefore being adaptable and professional was key in completing my general bar duties, cleaning responsibilities and handling money. Additionally I was required to train newly appointed members of staff and teach them to uphold the professional service and products that we offered to our customers, maintaining the processes that enable the success of the bar.

At Citi Belfast my role involved being a Business Analyst and an SQL Developer. My duties were to create and continuously develop SSRS Reports, data integration using SSIS, business analysis using Microsoft Excel and planning the Citi Technology Expo. To perform these duties to a high professional standard, effective communication and product knowledge was key. I was responsible for reporting back to the international Citi team, attend career events and communicate to internal clients via phone call and email to obtain relevant information and solve any issues that may have risen with the use of relevant products.
