Led the America's electronic development group for global Interface products (Industrial Controls & Process Controls). Responsible for both the internal and external (3rd Party) multi-disciplinary product development teams throughout the development process from concepts to series production. Ultimately responsible for ensuring that projects were on time and within budget. Also, the “Ex” legal representative for the America’s - the authorized person for manufacturing and placing on the market components, equipment and protective systems (Ex-equipment) to be used in potentially explosive atmospheres.• Led the Interface America's development team to have its first ever products highlighted in Phoenix's annual global market launch at the international Hannover Messe Fair. • Initiated a strategic restructuring of the electronic development group to better align with the corporate directive for "Trusted Market Launch".• Created, resourced, and integrated strategic positions for Ex approvals, industry standards, ECAD/MCAD support, project management, technology development, and test engineering. • Participated in annual strategy meetings for the Interface business unit as the electronic development leader. Worked with leadership team to refine the 5-year strategy for product development, manufacturing, and product management. Responsible for taking the 5-year strategy and developing a tactical plan for the electronic development team.• Maintained and increased the electronic development group's knowledge in emerging technologies by: attending seminars and standards-based technology working groups; mentoring and training employees; providing continuing education; and conducting new technology experiments.

Managed the Techkor brand of products and expanded their footprint into industrial and mil-aero applications. Starting with the existing Techkor test and measurement product line, created and implemented a strategy to migrate these products into industrial automation and mil-aero markets. Responsible for the engineering team, marketing, sales, project management, budget, subcontractor selection, and industrialization.Developed the following products: wireless sensors, digital sensors, industrial accelerometers, MIL-Aero inertial references, high-speed temperature recorders, precision strain gage amplifiers, complex active filters, LVDT demodulators, load cells, and torque sensors.

Co-founded Techkor Instrumentation, Inc. and acted as the primary management influence until the company was sold for profit to Advanced Conversion Technology, Inc in 2000. Directly responsible for the growth of Techkor Instrumentation's core technologies, including the conceptualization and realization of the Techkor product line.Duties included managing the overall operation, financial planning, market vision, sales and marketing strategy, guiding employees, overseeing and evaluating subcontractors, testing and redesigning prototypes, and chairing numerous interactive meetings with marketing, sales, engineering, and manufacturing personnel. Orchestrated the acquisition of Techkor Instrumentation with Advanced Conversion Technology in 2000.
