I am an energy professional with a wide-ranging experience base including engineering, operations, and project management in both Downstream and Upstream (both oil and gas) businesses. While completing my Bachelors in Chemical Engineering at the University of Michigan, I completed 3 summer internships with Shell. Upon graduating, I joined Shell full-time as a completions and well intervention (C&WI) engineer in Pennsylvania unconventional gas exploration, where in addition to managing complex completions projects, I also obtained Shell's Round II certificate for C&WI. I gained a deeper understanding of C&WI operations by spending a year as a field supervisor in the Permian oil field of West Texas. I recently decided to switch gears back to the Downstream business as a project manager for Shell's Pennzoil-Quaker State lubricants blending and packaging plant in West Virginia.
