Personnel Mentoring & Development: Manage and mentor ~60 salary personnel (Work Control Supervisors, Work Planners & Planner/Schedulers, Issuing Officials, O&M Specialists, TMDE Coordinators, and O&M Coordinators) to grow within their current positions and enable advancement toward their career goals. Fill O&M Support personnel positions through evaluation, interview, and selection of internal & external candidates. Serve as O&M Functional Manager backup (resp. for ~700+ craft personnel in hiring, promotions, discipline).Work Management/Execution and Workforce Utilization Development (Overall): Lead implementation of Work Management/Execution and Workforce Utilization across AEDC TOS contract (inc. work identification, work prioritization, work planning, crew scheduling, and work feedback processes across all Mission Execution, Mission Support and Base Support areas at AEDC). This responsibility includes development of standardized processes, training, data collection & analysis, and metrics (inc. oversight of Davis Bacon).CMMS & Other Work Management/Execution/Utilization Software Tool Development & Implementation: Lead operational implementation of new OWAM 2.3 CMMS software (inc. assisting software dev team in developing req'ts and approaches as well as troubleshooting challenges). Lead & assisted development of multiple software tools (inc. PM Waiver/Deferrals, maintenance data analytics, other workforce utilization approaches).Process Improvement Manager (Mission Execution & Support): Lead and facilitate department-level and AF-involved continuous process improvement efforts utilizing appropriate continuous process improvement techniques (inc. Lean, & Six Sigma). Identify company- & department-level improvement opportunities (inc. workforce qualification and training deficiencies across craft & engineering skill sets & functions) leveraging a breadth of understanding of most AEDC test cells, plants, utilities & bldg infrastructure (inc. current GSUs).

Responsible for implementation of maintenance and reliability best practices for specific plant and test cell equipment as well as collaborating with other Reliability Engineering Managers to implement long term strategic vision at entire site.

Manager of team responsible for implementation of maintenance and reliability best practices in the functions of condition based maintenance/predictive maintenance (CBM/PdM), maintenance and downtime data analysis, continuous improvement (six sigma, lean, etc.), industrial engineering, configuration management/systems engineering (CM/SE), pressure and hazardous systems, test measurement and diagnostic equipment (TMDE), preventive maintenance program oversight, and other M&R support functions.Support other corporate sites with assessments of their maintenance and reliability programs and assistance in improving those programs (multiple NASA sites).
