Chris is a Continuous Improvement Manager for Rivus Fleet Solutions, based in Warrington but travels across the Midlands. He trains out CI/Lean tools and techniques which is then utilised within the garages.Chris is also leading on several projects within the business which is eliminating waste delivering higher revenue, increased customer satisfaction scores and higher employee engagement.Prior to joining Rivus, Chris worked in the Telecoms industry for BT, which gave him 10 years experience as a sales manager within residential and B2B sectors.Chris driven individual with a passion and desire to be the best. He has excellent communication skills, ability to manage performance and change through tailored coaching. Chris demonstrates excellent people skills and can confidently analyse figures and break down barriers in order to deliver high performance sales, revenue targets and business requirements. Chris is currently studying CIPD level 5 in Human Resources at Warrington and Vale Royal College Chris is a Certified Lean Practitioner with 2 years experience in CI/Lean tools and techniques.
