I am the 1st shift Lead for Cross Dock. We do not have 3rd shift. I take care of all the parts for our Smyrna,Madison, and Ohio plants. I make sure the plants are kept up with 2.5 days on hand of parts. I make surethe jobs are getting done and the trucks schedules to go out are picked and loaded. I also make surethe inbound trucks are unloaded, scanned, labeled, and put in the shelves in a timely matter. I send outbetween 2 to 5 trucks a day. I have been offered a better position in the plant because corporate hasdecided to do away with Cross Dock and each plant handle their own parts. I enjoy where I work butI feel like I would enjoy somewhere that has more to offer then Kasai and I would like to expand andcontinue to work my way up the latter.

I was very passionate about sales, and I made many friends from customers. My customers were alwayshappy because I dedicated myself to being the best Sales Professional I could be. I stayed on top of myproduct knowledge so I always either knew the answer or would find it out. I had worked my way tobecoming a sales Manager. I had Manager Access to all the behind the scenes. I want to succeed in whatever I do and iv provenI'm a quick learner and can adapt quick to any environment. But Stan McNabb is not the place I need tobe to make money. My first goal is to hit 100K a year and I am very driven and determined to do so. Weaverage 90 cars a month and they want no less then 10 salesman at all times. With that being said ivlead the board most months I was there. I'm a very driven individual and I'm always trying to learn andbe better at what I do. I always stay on top of what's new and what's offered. What might of changed.The trim levels and what comes with a package. Im always wanting to excel at anything I do.
