Working for our Client CB&I Kentz on the Gorgon LNG Project, including:• Material take-off of electrical and instrumentation packages including isometrics and earthing details.• Detailed take-off of cable rack elements which were inputted to Construct Sim (a procurement software package used by KJV). This enabled work packages to be complied and procured by our client.• Quantification of civil elements of work including foundation plates and bolts.• Quantity’s presented to our client using the Cobra format to enable accurate progress claims to be submitted.Working on behalf of the Town of Claremont I have also been involved in producing a Bill of Quantities using CostX for the $7.25million refurbishment of the existing council chambers and the building of new chambers on the same site.
