Responsible for organizing and streamlining at a corporate level the strategy, strategic planning and competitive intelligence for all "home"-related products (PSTN, broadband, digital home services, etc.) in FT's global footprint. Worked with strategy and marketing teams within local country operations across Europe and Africa to expand existing services, to identify new areas of potential growth and to anticipate potential market evolutions driven by competition, regulation and consumer needs. Required building a new team of 12+ people located across London, Paris and Madrid.

Managed an international team (10+ reports) engaging in business / corporate development and market intelligence activities related to the North American market in support to all major business units within FT (wireline, wireless and business services). Key focus on identifying and supporting development of potential partnerships and acquisition opportunities in the North American market.Continued to support FT's global outsourcing business including interfacing between Group Sourcing organization and local vendors (AT&T, Verizon, Avaya...), maintaining relationships with major clients (Axa Group, Thomson, etc.) and looking to develop new areas of service.

Managed a small team focused on Enterprise Applications and Services, which designed and implemented market studies and benchmarks on new services, products and business models to support various FT business units focusing on areas including SMEs, hosting and data center management, SaaS, and call centers.While within role, asked to take on a concurrent role within new cross-organizational team developed to lead vendor management activities for US portions of FT’s global telecom outsourcing contracts. Role included engaging with customers to identify and fulfill specific requirements for new and existing services, and negotiating and building relationships with all major US telecom vendors (AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, etc.) with contracts ranging from under $1 million to $15 million.
