I concentrate my practice in the area of health care law, with an emphasis in Medicaid and Medicare claims litigation, governmental investigations, long-term care investigations and defense, and white-collar criminal defense. I represent health care professionals and entities at all stages of investigation, prevention and litigation in administrative, civil and criminal matters, including defending against qui tam litigation brought under the federal False Claims Act, representing health care providers in administrative appeals of overpayment demands under state and federal RAC and SURS programs, representing defendants in state and federal criminal matters involving fraud and abuse and representing providers in investigations involving government agencies.I am admitted to practice in Kentucky state court, as well as the Untied States District Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the Western District of Tennessee.
