Tasked with preform software and hardware upgrades for clients during or outside of operating hours of the business.Work in a team environment to help resolve any and all issues and find new and creative ways to improve both the flow of internal operation but as well as customer interaction.Help manage, schedule, and help newer technicians with training and ticket management. Preform on site installation or troubleshooting of local customers or travel to different states for remote installations. Understand the importance of both PADSS and PCI compliance in a growing and changing market place of credit card and point of sales solutions. Show less
