Christopher (Chris) has over thirty years of experience as a seasoned program manager within Higher Education. He has managed numerous enterprise system implementation projects at both large public and smaller private institutions. His experience includes managing projects at five different R1 universities.Chris has served in a variety of leadership roles within Higher Education and consulting. He has managed operations including Enrollment Management, Admissions, Financial Aid and Residence Life. He has also served in senior leadership roles within consulting at both Oracle and Ciber. Prior to joining Moran, Chris served as a Senior Director of Delivery for Ciber and served as the executive sponsor for several large projects of strategic importance. He possesses detailed knowledge of Higher Education business processes from a variety of departmental areas and multiple institutions, understands the global and detailed integration points of university core business processes, and has successfully managed multiple implementation projects to that end. Chris is familiar with many implementation methodologies and has managed projects that include Workday, PeopleSoft and Banner software.Chris has managed or been an active participant in more than four dozen implementation projects within Higher Education. He has developed and refined project management methodologies over the years and has advanced degrees and certifications.
