I have worked for Dixons Carphone since 2009, in both the Customer Contact Centre and Operations. Starting out as a Geek Squad Customer Support Agent I then moved up through the business to become a Senior Claims Manager where I am accountable for our end to end regulated insurance claims journey across our UK and Republic of Ireland estate. I have a broad overview of how our company functions, and I am the SME for insurance processes within the business. With this my main role is helping to drive efficiency and improve standards across all customer touch points, process improvement and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders from different areas and companies.
