Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in a primarily Windows\SQL environment as a level 3\4 escalation point; Primary Engineer responsible for the deployment of the core product (called BOSS) to all environment stacks (both prod and non-prod) including Azure; Regular interfacing\working with the Development team and handling all breakfix work\deployments as well as serving as the primary support for Development\QA requests including database refresh cycle management and version cycle management for environment stacks; Primary Engineer for tertiary components to the core system – job engines, API engines, and other components; Lead the implementation of VMware NSX; Lead administrator and Engineer for Octopus; Backup\secondary Engineer for the F5 load balancers as well as backup\secondary Engineer for any audit requests; Backup\secondary Engineer for DR efforts\project; On-call rotation and also available for overnight\weekend work as well as 24\7\365 availability for emergencies. Lead and assisted with migration of Cantata Health's primary LTC application NetSolutions, and legacy Payroll application, from previous datacenter to ITelagen.Senior System Administrator for other general systems. Position eliminated due to budgetary constraints.

The platform was designed around a specialty commercial healthcare software product delivered to clients utilizing cutting-edge technologies including load balancers, VMware vCloud, MSSQL Server, Windows Server, and other products (ie. Quest Software Spotlight and LiteSpeed, SFTP, AD, WSUS, firewalls, Symantec Endpoint, etc). Designed platform and built in 8 weeks – consolidated 60+ clients encompassing over 160 care facilities from 2 datacenters to new platform in 6 months. Security, HIPAA compliance, task\maintenance\monitoring automation, public DNS management, and all documentation (including use of Visio) also part of responsibilities.
