Task lead supporting a satellite system critical to DoD operations responsible for essential distribution via SATCOM of over 30 tactical unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) videos totaling over 3 terabytes of data transmitted per month. • Led 7 Booz Allen engineers and 2 subcontractor support teams in the fielding, expansion, and daily operations of the Digital Video Broadcast – Return Channel Satellite (DVB-RCS) hub and 50+ deployed terminals in an effort worth over $2 million annually.• Led the development and deployment of SATCOM terminals that included DVB modems, HaiVision video encoders, Cisco VoIP, SIPR and NIPR IP connectivity and TacLane encryption devices.• Planned the migration of the 50+ terminals from leased commercial Ku bandwidth onto a DoD satellite constellation.• Provided 24x7 Tier III support to deployed terminals.
