My litigation experience in the construction arena is extensive, and includes actions concerning non-payment, construction defects, lien foreclosures, public bid protests, and general liability insurance coverage issues, while advising and representing clients on projects such as highways, public schools, industrial manufacturing facilities, stadiums, retail facilities, condominiums, apartment complexes, and subdivision developments.Financial Services and Real EstateI have wide-ranging experience litigating consumer finance cases on behalf of banking and finance clients, routinely handling cases involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and various consumer protection statutes.I also represent title insurers, insured lenders, and insured owners in litigation and claims arising from real estate transactions.
