- Led internationalization of OpenTable’s restaurant product and eventual localization into French, Spanish, German and Japanese. This included development of company standards on how to store and distribute dates.
- Developed an automated remote upgrade management system that allowed for centralized scheduling and upgrading of thousands of restaurant systems, which previous required assistance from call center support staff.
