Junior level developer who is sometimes considered a mid-level due to my ability to work on my own to overcome challenges and develop quality code that meets the customer needs. My current job duties include:• While working as part of a team, and utilizing a SAFe Agile methodology, analyze customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.• Using the Java programming language and working with the Eclipse IDE, design, develop, and implement the agreed upon solutions to the customer needs. • Design and develop user interactions, backing code, service layers, and data access objects.• Work with the database team to develop new, or redefine existing, data structures and procedures to meet the customer needs and the agreed upon solution.• Currently enrolled in the CACI Emerging Leaders program.

I am responsible for maintaining all computer equipment. This includes ensuring that scanner programs are up-to-date, ensuring that other computer equipment is functioning properly, and troubleshooting/repairing when issues arise

Developing and executing fundraising and recruiting strategies appropriate for the demographics of my area of responsibility. This including reading, interpreting, and applying the information made available in marketing reports and from other sources. I was also responsible for planning, budgeting, staffing, and ensuring the execution of events throughout the year.

Working with guests to ensure the best possible gaming experience. This included problem solving, conflict resolution, and an ability to communicate customer needs to upper management and to assist in determining a solution to any issues that was within legal and budgetary guidelines. I was also responsible for coaching, developing, and evaluating team members assigned to me. In addition, I had responsibility for ensuring the department was running efficiently and that the available games met the needs of the guests as well as the financial goals of the company during my shift.
