On a day to day basis I’d be tasked to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. All of these duties included handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers, organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software, planning meetings while also answering and directing phone calls, and organize and schedule appointments.
