Due to my success in building a team as the Manager of High Voltage Construction and Commissioning I was promoted to the Manager of High Voltage Services for First Solar. In this role I manage a team performing engineering, procurement, & construction (EPC) of First Solar provided substations, switchyards, and transmission lines as well as the power plant central controls. In addition I continue to manage the interconnection process with the transmission off taker and power purchaser from the point that the projects are turned over from First Solar's Project Development group. Finally my team manages the operation and maintenance of the above facilities until the PV power plant projects are completed and handed over to an operations and maintenance group.
