Responsibilities:  Function as the main point of contact for the project; Prepare and submit budgetary proposals to the client; Prepare invoices for services rendered; Oversee test design and ensure that it fulfills the project scope of work; Prepare/review and submit all client submittal documents including plate drawings, test layout schematics and written procedures; Communicate project status with Site Manager/Division Manager and other employees  Oversee completion of field forms and other required internal paperwork; Track and report team hours on site; Monitor and review project cost accounting versus budget, making necessary cost provisions where appropriate to match recognized revenue; Perform field work in the capacity of an Project Engineer; Make or authorize field decisions regarding mob/de-mob, change of design, installation method or testing procedure with input from the senior employees or other authority; Perform analyses and prepare reports on the results of foundation testing or review analyses and final reports prepared by Field Engineers; Attend seminars and conferences to increase exposure to potential clients and to gain experience in networking outside of the field environment; Develop strong working relationships with counterparts working for the contractor, engineer and inspectors; and Recognize opportunities for additional work and respond to inquiries as required.
