Introduce experienced climbers to Davey Company Culture & develop them. This position is intended for learning to lead a crew of 3-5 persons to complete tree pruning and tree removal. Foremen are responsible for utilizing the Job Planning Toolkit to safely and efficiently complete work orders as assigned by management. This includes performing pre-climb inspections of trees before work begins. Foremen work directly with the District Manager to mentor and train new employees

This is a frontline manager position that supports the FedEx Ground (FXG) Safety Above All Culture and manages specific day-to-day operations and an assigned staff within a station or hub. Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient package sortation through the management of Package Handlers.
